I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, Texas, and Arkansas with over 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults in the field of mental health. I worked in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient/acute care facilities, community mental health agencies, a residential treatment center, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) prior to starting my own practice. I utilize elements of a variety of approaches and techniques. I have completed specific trainings in the following: EMDR, Play Therapy, and trauma informed care. Deciding to get help can be difficult and I will work collaboratively with each client to reach their goals.

I work with individual clients to treat a variety of concerns and diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety, depression, attention deficit, hyperactivity, behavioral issues, attachment issues, anger management and trauma.
I work with families to improve family dynamic issues such as divorce, separation, domestic violence, sibling issues, attachment issues, parenting issues and other issues affecting the family system.
Fees:
The standard self-pay fee is $150.00 for individual therapy and $175.00 for couples or family therapy per session. You are responsible for paying fees at the time of your session. Payment can be made via cash or any major credit card.
